The Kolios area is located at the middle of the south-side of Skiathos Island. 100 metres from our building, there is the number 13 bus station for exploring our beaches, most of which are in the South.

600 metres away, you can enjoy the famous beach of Vromolimnos, with its beach bar. 200 or 400 metres away, you can enjoy Greek cuisine from some specialist local chefs. A tennis court, playground and pool table are also available at the owner’s cousin’s villa, 200 metres away.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
